Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall video production and day-to-day execution of tasks such as video shooting of products, daily content editing, amendments, quality control, and etc.
- Lead and operate video shooting and post-production video editing including apply suitable effects, motions, animations, caption \& soundtrack.
- Responsible for ideation, brainstorming, suggest new innovative ways of delivering video content for the overall production workflow.
- Establish and maintain strong, consistent art direction across all video content, ensuring alignment with client expectations, brand identity, and visual guidelines.
- Continuously discover and implement latest marketing trends and new editing techniques to boost account engagement and traffic.
- Handle video scheduling, workflow for numerous video projects within the tight timeline \& challenges.
- Strategize \& plan video shoots while working collaboratively with team or cross-department to acquire talents and products or props needed for the shoot.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate the clients’ expectations, intended message and KPI through these creatives.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Videography/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Mass Communication/ Business or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2-3 years of professional video production experience, preferably with a background in the e-commerce sector.
- Proficient experience in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Proven knowledge and experience in video shooting including usage of equipment and basic skill of camera angle and techniques.
- Candidate with knowledge in image processing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be given advantage.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with engaging concepts and contents.
- Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
