Video Grapher Editor

Job Overview We are hiring a full-time Videographer \& Editor in Doha to lead end-to-end video production, focused primarily on high-converting short-form social content. You will handle full physical setup on set—including lighting, audio, and camera work—as well as complete post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Set Production: Set up multi-point lighting, record clear multi-channel audio, and operate camera setups across studio and field locations.
• Post-Production \& Editing: Assemble raw footage into high-pacing 9:16 vertical content with clean visual cuts, narrative flow, sound design, and color grading.
• Motion \& Graphics: Add lower thirds, kinetic captions, animated text, and visual overlays to drive viewer retention.
• AI Tool Integration: Use modern AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, or built-in NLE AI features) to speed up editing workflows, prototype concepts, or generate visual effects.

Requirements

• Equipment: Must own a professional camera setup
• Software: Expert proficiency across NLE suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro) and Adobe After Effects.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of framerates, exposure, multi-mic audio gain staging, studio lighting setups, and color spaces.
• Portfolio: A required showreel or portfolio link demonstrating past short-form videos, dynamic lighting setups, and clean post-production editing.
• Location: Based in Doha, Qatar.

• Direct hands-on experience using generative AI platforms (Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney) for video generation or storyboard expansion.
• Driver's license and personal transportation in Qatar.
