Full-Time Video Editor (Short-Form Content \& Real Estate Media)

We are looking for a full-time video editor to join our growing creative team focused on short-form real estate, lifestyle, and AI-enhanced social media content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging, fast-paced videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Our content primarily focuses on:

- Property showcase videos

- Short-form social media content

- Lifestyle and branding content

- AI-assisted visual transformation videos

- Creative marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

- Sync music, sound design, subtitles, and transitions

- Organise footage and project files properly

- Assist with revisions and export final deliverables

- Maintain fast turnaround times while keeping quality consistent

- Collaborate closely on creative ideas and content direction

- Assist with AI-assisted transformation workflows using tools such as Kling and Nano Banana Pro

Requirements

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro

- Good understanding of social media pacing and retention editing

- Strong sense of timing, music, and storytelling

- Familiarity in AI softwares Kling and Nano Banana Pro preferred but not mandatory

- Able to work independently and take feedback positively

- Organised and responsible with project management

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a creative team environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Bonus Skills

- Experience with editing property or lifestyle content

- Familiar with TikTok/Reels trends and short-form content styles

- Experience with AI-assisted visual workflows

- Photography or videography background

Working Environment

The current work arrangement is primarily work-from-home and flexible depending on project requirements. During the probation period, there will be more frequent on-site training sessions for workflow familiarisation, editing systems, AI workflows, and company SOPs.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
