RE:SET MEDIA SDN BHD is a creative production company based in Petaling Jaya, working across commercials, branded content, documentaries, corporate films, digital content and animation.

We’re looking for a Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual style to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Edit commercials, branded content, documentaries, corporate films and digital content
• Work with Producers and the creative team from rough cut through final delivery
• Shape raw footage into clear and engaging stories
• Organise and manage footage, project files and media
• Handle basic colour correction, audio balancing and finishing
• Manage revisions and incorporate feedback
• Prepare final deliverables for different platforms and formats
• Maintain organised project files, archives and backups
• Manage multiple edits and deadlines when required

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant editing experience preferred
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and storytelling ability
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, composition and music
• Basic understanding of colour grading and audio
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership of edits
• Comfortable receiving feedback and working collaboratively
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

Salary
To be discussed based on experience and portfolio.
