Video Editor

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision and project goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency with industry-standard editing software. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging visual narratives across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects utilizing DaVinci Resolve
• Enhance video quality through color correction and grading
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver on creative vision
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Ensure all video content meets technical specifications for various distribution channels

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign
• Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Knowledge of current video production trends and best practices

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
