Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures with precision and care
- Monitor anesthesia, administer medications, and provide post-operative care to animals
- Conduct laboratory tests such as blood work, urinalysis, and other diagnostic procedures to support accurate diagnoses
- Maintain detailed medical records, update patient files, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Provide client education on pet health, nutrition, and preventative care to foster responsible pet ownership
- Support the cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of medical equipment and treatment areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle animal restraint safely and compassionately during examinations or treatments
Requirements
- Proven veterinary experience demonstrating familiarity with clinical procedures and animal handling
- Laboratory experience involving diagnostic testing or sample processing is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners, with a proactive approach to patient care

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
