Veterinary Clinic Manager

We are looking for a talented, organized, and experienced Veterinary Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality service to both clients and their pets.

Required Qualifications:

experience as a Veterinary Practice Manager,

Strong experience in veterinary, healthcare, clinic, or animal-care environments

Excellent leadership and team-management skills

Strong knowledge of clinic operations, administrative procedures, and customer service

Familiarity with company policies, veterinary regulations, health and safety requirements, and legal guidelines

Ability to manage and coordinate veterinarians, veterinary nurses/technicians, receptionists, and support staff

Ability to learn and understand a variety of job roles and responsibilities within the clinic

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of MS Office and clinic management software

Ability to monitor staff performance, inventory, appointments, client satisfaction, and daily clinic operations

Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to handle client concerns and complaints professionally

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of animal care and client service.
