Job Summary

As a leader in your assigned territory, your role is to drive the adoption of Hill’s Therapeutics products and establish them as the "Brand Recommended Under Treatment (BRUT)," realizing both pet health and business growth. Using headquarters' KPIs as your guide, you will team up with the Veterinary Academic Team to communicate the value of nutrition to veterinarians and nurses, aiming to become a trusted business partner to professionals. Through consultative sales, you will build deep trust with major animal hospitals while executing company strategies in a way that is optimized for your region. This is a highly rewarding position where you will proactively tackle daily challenges with management and carve out the future of your territory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regular and strategic visits to all accounts (animal hospitals) within your assigned territory.
  • Development of efficient visit routes based on data analysis and setting targets for each account.
  • Formulation and execution of action plans to achieve sales targets and product distribution goals.
  • Establishing optimal nutritional protocols within clinics in cooperation with veterinarians and Veterinary Hospital Care Technicians (VHCT).
  • Planning activities and accurately reporting progress and achievements using sales management tools (C4C).
  • Conducting clinical nutrition training and seminars for veterinarians and staff in collaboration with the Academic Team (PCV).
  • In-depth understanding of all company products, along with proposing accurate product differentiation based on competitive analysis.
  • Proposing appropriate dietary therapies for disease care and health maintenance through consultations with veterinarians.
  • Developing promotions to select joint targets and expand distribution in coordination with wholesale branch offices.

Education / Experience / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Driver's license (company car used for business).
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in consultative sales (knowledge of sales to clinics is a plus) *Veterinary license is not required in this case.

Preferred Skills

  • Veterinary license + small animal clinical practice experience *Sales experience is not required in this case.
