We are seeking a data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support Verisk Canada’s business growth. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, translating business priorities into insight-driven marketing plans that deliver measurable impact focused on driving pipeline, strengthening client engagement, and elevating brand presence within the Canadian market.

You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, leading multi-channel programs across digital, content, and events. Leveraging strong analytical capabilities, you will translate market, customer, and performance data into actionable insights by crafting targeted, compelling experiences that resonate with Canadian insurers and key stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate brings a prove a proven track record of managing integrated marketing programs tied to business outcomes, along with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. You are a strategic thinker and strong operator while being equally comfortable building marketing plans, optimizing performance through data, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

As part of a high-performing marketing team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals across North America, contributing to initiatives that span multiple solution areas.   • Market & Competitive Intelligence : Lead detailed market and competitor research to translate insights into business decisions. Build competitive analysis models. Synthesize data into strategic recommendations for product and GTM.
  • Solution & Product Marketing : Guide product positioning by analyzing market situations and turning insights into clear messages that highlight product value. Work with product teams to develop plans that connect products to customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Customer Journey : Lead improvements to the customer journey by looking at all key touchpoints and finding ways to make the experience better. Keep buyer personas accurate and easy to use, and complete brand assessments using customer and market feedback to guide business actions.
  • Marketing Strategy : Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies that define target markets, set measurable goals, and guide execution across campaigns. Own and reconcile marketing budgets tied to ROI, define target segments and growth priorities and optimize channel mix based on performance data and evolving market conditions.
  • Messaging & Positioning : Lead the development of line of business and product level messaging strategies and frameworks that clearly articulate value and differentiate Verisk solutions in the market. Translate market, customer, and performance insights into targeted, audience specific narratives that resonate across segments. Develop campaign briefs, messaging guides, and core positioning, and ensure consistent adaptation of messaging across digital, events, sales enablement, and content channels to drive engagement and impact.
  • Sales Enablement : Develop and deliver sales enablement strategies that align with buyer needs and go-to-market priorities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and key Marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids and consistent tradeshow experiences to create and advance sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Campaign Development : Lead end-to-end integrated campaign development, with full ownership of the marketing calendar and cross-channel execution. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Analytics to drive coordinated go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and revenue goals. Continuously optimize audience targeting, messaging, and channel strategy based on performance insights to maximize engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Marketing Analytics : Define and lead measurement frameworks and KPIs that directly tie marketing performance to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and ROI. Conduct in-depth post campaign and event analysis to evaluate effectiveness across channels and identify optimization opportunities. Synthesize performance data into actionable, data-driven recommendations that inform future strategy, improve targeting and channel investment, and maximize overall marketing impact.
  • Thought Leader : Own the execution and integration of thought leadership programs that align with brand strategy, market trends, and audience needs. Lead the development of content briefs and partner closely with subject matter experts to translate insights into compelling, differentiated narratives. Ensure thought leadership is fully integrated into campaigns and digital channels, and oversee social amplification strategies to expand reach, strengthen credibility, and drive measurable engagement across target audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience.
  • Experience owning end-to-end integrated marketing programs with measurable ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing investment
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management.
  • Strong data analysis and performance measurement expertise
  • Strong writing skills for marketing materials and experience in annual planning documents and other marketing deliverables.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs and external market dynamics.
  • Ability to successfully operate in a hybrid work environment with in-office expectations of two days per week.
  • Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) to support engagement with clients and stakeholders across Canada.
