Vehicle Body Repairer - Spray Painter/Panel Beater - Crash Repair Bodyshop

About the Role

We are currently hiring skilled and experienced Vehicle Body Repairers, Spray Painters, and Panel Beaters to join our growing team in multiple locations across Ireland. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for applicants with a passion for delivering excellence as we work with leading vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, and private clients. 39 hour per week contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove, repair, or replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Realign vehicle frames and chassis using specialist equipment.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and apply paint using spray guns, ensuring an accurate colour match and high-quality finish.
• Polish and finish painted surfaces to restore vehicles to manufacturer or customer standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including spray booths and repair bays.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other technicians, estimators, and team members to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and time spent.
• Participate in regular training to keep up with the latest repair technologies and methods.

• Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Relevant qualifications or certifications.
• Portfolio of Works.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
