Main Responsibilities
Cooking: Preparing and plating izakaya-style dishes such as pan-fried gyoza, Karaage, ham katsu, and edamame.
Cleaning: Keeping utensils and kitchen area clean and hygienic at all times.
Support: During busy periods you may be asked to assist with preparation or front-of-house duties, such as serving food and washing dishes.
