Your Impact

Your role will play a major role in our success because…

Our Product needs are growing, now more than ever, and we’re looking for another UX Writer to help us create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet our customers' needs. We’re also expanding to new markets and creating our AI content foundations.

As a UX Writer, you'll be part of our design process and collaborate with design and product teams to craft clear and concise messaging that guides users through our product and helps them achieve their goals.

Your curiosity and pro-activeness will help shape our product and key initiatives. You’ll be part of strategic discussions where you’ll have the chance to participate and leverage your experience, finding opportunities where others didn’t see them.

Understanding the current position of the company and where we want to go is key to focus on the most impactful initiatives.

You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve…

1. Gained context and confidence of our complex product and deep understanding of the markets’ landscape

2. Understood what is your added value to the Design team

3. Are fully comfortable with our AI enabled processes and tools

How we’ll measure success:

We will measure success through real-time conversations and observation, as well as by setting clear and attainable expectations that align with the role’s goals.

Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard

Let’s be real - here’s what makes this role challenging:

Coverflex is simple to use, but achieving that simplicity requires working through complex topics and concepts. You’ll often face problems that are easy to understand on the surface but challenging to translate into an intuitive user experience. Curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions will be essential to succeed.

You

Must-haves (evidence, not years)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products.
  • Experience working collaboratively with designers, product managers, business, marketing and developers to create effective and engaging user experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with user research and data analysis tools and techniques to inform writing decisions.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles and how content fits into the overall user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and requirements clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working for multiple nationalities and cultures.
  • Perfect or native English as it is our base language and strong proficiency in German.
  • Experienced integrating AI workflows.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in UX design or related fields such as content strategy or information architecture.
  • Experience creating and maintaining style guides and content templates to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback on content and inform writing decisions.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies and how they impact content creation.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience working with dedicated tools such as Lokalise for content and translations management or Figma for design and collaboration.

Your DNA

  • You believe “good enough” is better than perfect. You know where to focus your time and energy, and you care about outcomes and impact—not processes or perfectionism.
  • You’re a go-getter. You don’t wait for others to push you; you proactively search, learn, and improve. Autonomy is key to how you operate.
  • You work iteratively and stay curious. You seek feedback early and often to validate hypotheses and avoid building in the dark.
  • You know when to absorb feedback and when to follow your instinct.
  • You are flexible and able to shift focus and support changes as necessary. The company is moving fast and adapting as we go keeping an eye and focus on the long term vision.
  • You are thoughtful, observant, and smart about identifying gaps—and filling them with their experience, expertise, and ownership.

You’ll probably find this frustrating if…

  • You prefer waiting for instructions, requirements, or direction instead of moving ahead;
  • You prefer an organised environment without much chaos.
