What You’ll Do

The UX Designer will be responsible for providing intuitive and frictionless experiences across FourLeaf's digital products. The UX Designer works alongside Product Owners and developers to understand product goals and implement solutions to achieve them. They will use data to understand user journeys and apply best practices to improve experience and conversion where possible.

This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.

Core Contributions

  • Lead the creation and refinement of design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and experiences. Ensure that high-fidelity concept and design files are delivered to development teams.
  • Provide strategic input regarding the direction and production of visual experiences. Is responsible for seeing that enhancements are carried through.
  • Is responsible to define journey goals and measure their output. Own analysis of journey performance and driving recommendations.
  • Use best practices to evolve product design according to business needs. Test and validate iterative design solutions.
  • Utilize analytics and heatmapping tools to understand user behavior and identify gaps in user journeys.
  • Problem-solve user experience issues while balancing technical constraints.
  • Develop content hierarchies and structured models to deliver consistency across digital experiences.
  • Act as a UX partner to cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible user and brand experience. Attend and participate in meetings with outside business units.

Assets You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years in Marketing.
  • Experience in Financial sector a plus.
  • Presentation and public skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate complex design problems effectively.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, composition, interface design)
    • Design or prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
    • Familiarity with mobile design principles
    • Google Analytics and heatmapping tools (Mouseflow, Crazy Egg, HotJar, etc.)
    • Knowledge of websites, HTML, and WordPress is a plus
    • Knowledge of website accessibility (ADA)

The expected salary for this position is $84,061.00 - $100,874.00 annually.
