Responsible for conducting door-to-door outreach to residential customers to review current gas and electric bills, explain available Energy Choice supplier options, and help customers make informed decisions about their utility service. Engage directly with homeowners and tenants to identify potential savings opportunities, answer questions, verify account information, and complete enrollments for eligible customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily door-to-door visits within assigned territories to introduce energy programs and services.
- Review customers’ utility bills to identify current supplier rates and available options.
- Educate customers on Energy Choice programs, supplier options, and billing details.
- Build rapport with customers through professional communication and customer-focused service.
- Assist customers with enrollment paperwork and account setup.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments.
- Meet individual and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up.
- Represent the company professionally while providing a positive customer experience.
