Our combined ecosystem manages a diverse portfolio of prestigious government ministries and premium private sector clients across the Sultanate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution \& Quality Control: Lead day-to-day civil construction, site layout marking, structural execution, and other installations.
• Site Visits \& Inspections: Conduct routine site visits across various project locations to inspect work progress, coordinate labor/subcontractors, and raise Inspection Requests (IRs) with consultants.
• Client \& Ministry Coordination: Seamlessly manage site handovers and engineering compliance in line with both private client demands and Omani Government Ministry regulations.
• Resource Management: Track material deliveries, verify structural details against shop drawings, and maximize direct labor productivity on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Strictly 5 to 7 years of execution experience within Oman. Must have a proven history of handling both private commercial/residential and government projects.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid Oman Driving License (mandatory for frequent site visits).
• Skills: Strong technical command of structural works, finishing details, setting out, and material estimation.
• Status: Locally available in Oman with a transferable visa is highly preferred.
