Employment Terms & Framework

• Salary: €1,237 gross monthly pay (structured on a standard 12-month annual cycle).
• Work Week: Full-time commitment of 40 hours (5 operational days per week, 8 hours a day, plus a 1-hour midday break).
• Shift Patterns: Variable rotating rosters spanning Monday through Sunday, falling between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight).

Primary Responsibilities

As a Trust and Safety Specialist, you will secure platform reliability and uphold community policies by executing the following duties:

• Content Review: Audit user-submitted material—such as videos, images, written posts, and account profiles—to ensure rigorous adherence to safety standards.
• Threat Mitigation: Uncover and isolate malicious, deceptive, or policy-violating activity to safeguard the digital landscape.
• Case Resolution: Process and manage reported user tickets, account lockouts, and safety violations with strong attention to operational detail.
• KPI Compliance: Maintain an unbiased, empathetic approach while hitting targeted team metrics for processing speed and review accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Linguistic Capability: Total fluency in Ukrainian, alongside an intermediate-to-advanced command of English (B2 level or higher) to smoothly handle internal training and corporate communication.
• Right to Work: Candidates must possess a valid EU passport, a Portuguese Residence Card (Título de Residência), or recognized Refugee Status.
• Mental Toughness: The ability to review sensitive or graphic digital data objectively while adapting comfortably to a flexible, rotating shift schedule.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in online moderation or customer support is welcome but not required; we provide fully compensated, comprehensive onboarding training.
