We are looking for a UI \& UX Designer who excels in user experience research and design, with a solid understanding of front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web and mobile interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- UX Design:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- UI Design:
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure the visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Front-End Development:
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side technology.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Present and defend design decisions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, UX design, UI design, and front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability.
