We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Tech team and help shape the future of our platform, creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that make our solution simple, seamless and enjoyable to use.

What you will do:

• Design intuitive, scalable and engaging user experiences across the Live Story platform.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces that solve real user and business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant and user-friendly solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of our design system, ensuring consistency across products and features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation activities to continuously improve the user experience.
• Present and communicate design concepts, rationale and trade-offs to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure success.

• Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity and innovation. Role \& Responsibilities:

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related digital design roles.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and end-to-end product design processes.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience designing for web and responsive platforms, with mobile experience considered a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements, user insights and data into intuitive digital experiences.
• Strong visual design, interaction design and information architecture skills.
• Experience creating, maintaining and evolving design systems.
• Strong English presentation, verbal communication and written communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Curiosity for emerging technologies and experience leveraging AI tools within design workflows. Additional Provisions:

• Experience working in SaaS, CMS, MarTech or content-related products.

• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
• Experience designing data-rich interfaces and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints.
