Mastermind Tutor is a professional education service providing personalized 1-to-1 and small group lessons. We focus on helping students build understanding, confidence, and consistent academic improvement. Responsibilities

1. Conduct tutoring sessions (online or in-person) based on assigned schedule.

2. Teach subject content clearly and help students apply concepts correctly.

3. Prepare or adapt lesson materials when needed.

4. Encourage positive learning habits, exam readiness, and confidence.

5. Maintain professional communication and submit brief progress updates when required.

Requirement Requirements

1. Minimum Degree in a relevant field.

2. Strong communication and explanation skills.

3. Responsible, punctual, and consistent attendance (important).

4. Patient, supportive, and professional working attitude.

5. Able to commit at least 3 months of tutoring.

6.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1. Training and teaching guidelines will be provided after onboarding.
