Your impact

As a Trucking Planner, you will be a key part of our Operational Department, ensuring the most efficient execution of transport assignments while meeting customer expectations and quality standards. Your mission is clear: optimize truck planning, support drivers, and keep our operation running smoothly.

Working alongside a young, enthusiastic team, you will coordinate and monitor over 450 trucks across Europe, using innovative transport management systems in a 24/7 operational environment with flexible shifts.

This role offers continuous interaction with drivers, transport partners, and colleagues from across Europe—making your workday varied, challenging, and exciting.

What will you do?

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily transport activities
• Monitor driver activity and truck positions in real time
• Communicate transport details to drivers (loading, unloading, goods, routes)
• Use transport management and monitoring systems to ensure smooth operations
• Create consignments and transport planning in operational systems
• Calculate routes and monitor truck utilization and performance
• Maintain accurate and complete administrative records
• Actively communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Proactively identify and share operational insights and improvement needs

What are we looking for?

• An organized, motivated person with a strong interest in transportation \& logistics
• Previous experience in transport or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory
• Fluent English (daily communication with international partners)
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, shift‑based operational environment
