Travel Ticketing Agent & Marketing - Female

• Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
• Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
• Have experience in the Marketing field, Sales or advertising especially on Digital Marketing were advertising through social media's.
• Have experience creating advertisements/artwork and editing in Adobe Photoshop
• Have experience developing campaigns and promotions.
• Have Experience in content development, website and graphic design to be used in advertising.
• Process ticket changes and refunds
• Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints
• Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
• Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD180.000 - BD250.000 per month
