About the job

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic team member to join our Transversal Quantitative Solutions and Systems (TQS²) Team, which plays a key role in coordinating strategic initiatives across the Models and Simulations for You (MS4U) Pillars. This offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic project, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within a global banking environment

Your Main Activities Are

Contribute to the industrialisation and automation of transversal quantitative processes across MS4U, aiming to improve efficiency, robustness, and scalability of deliveries

Design, develop, and maintain transversal quantitative tools, frameworks, and systems supporting stress-testing, modelling, and simulation activities across MS4U pillars

Contribute to the standardisation, reuse, and harmonisation of tools, codebases, and technical best practices across MS4U locations and teams

Work on the integration and promote AI-assisted and innovative quantitative capabilities (for example automation, analysis, quality controls) in line with MS4U strategic ambitions and RISK 2030 objectives

Ensure consistency, robustness, and traceability of transversal quantitative solutions, in close coordination with MS4U pillars

Provide transversal expertise and support on cross‑pillar or high‑impact quantitative topics, contributing to decision‑making through structured analysis and clear technical recommendations

Profile and Skills to Success

Up to 3 years of professional experience in a quantitative, modelling or analytical environments

Academic background in quantitative finance, mathematics, statistics or engineering

Quantitative background in risk modelling, stress testing, or simulation frameworks

Understanding of quantitative model lifecycle, from design to industrialisation and production

Programming skills (for example Python, SQL, VBA, or equivalent), with a focus on robustness and reusability

Familiarity with automation, industrialisation, and optimisation of quantitative processes

Strong analytical mindset, able to structure complex problems and propose scalable solutions

Strong transversal collaboration skills, working across teams, locations, and pillars

Advanced level of English, both written and oral

Comfortable working in a fast‑evolving, transformation‑driven environment
