Salary \& Benefits

• Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM7,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Fixed allowances provided
• OT applicable
• Non-halal lunch provided for the candidate at the site

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holder
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Prior construction, engineering or data centre experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a construction site environment
• Basic knowledge of construction/project documentation and technical terminology would be an advantage
• Ability to understand construction drawings and site-related documentation is an added advantage
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining project documentation, including filing, tracking, updating and distribution of project records.
• Translating project-related documents between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, including correspondence, reports, safety notices, meeting minutes, procedures and technical documents.
• Acting as a communication bridge between Chinese expatriate staff and local employees, as many of our China staff are not able to communicate in English or Bahasa Melayu.
• Coordinating document submissions, approvals and information flow between internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Preparing project reports, records and document registers.
• Assisting with meetings, meeting materials, minutes and follow-up of action items where required.
• Supporting project-related administrative and operational coordination matters.
• Ensuring proper confidentiality, accuracy and version control of project documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

For this position, strong Mandarin communication skills are particularly important, as the candidate will be required to communicate with and support our China expatriate staff on a daily basis.
