Job Description

Summary

Role: Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract execution to closing, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and communications are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Track transaction progress and key deadlines.
Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documents.
Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Schedule inspections, appointments, and closings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide regular status updates and resolve administrative issues.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transaction management software.
Previous administrative, real estate, or transaction coordination experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.00€ - 20.00€ per hour
