Training Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to design, deliver, and oversee training programs across our F\&B and retail operations, building strong teams and consistent service standards across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop annual training plans for F\&B and retail teams
• Design and deliver onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and operational training
• Train and coach branch managers and supervisors on standards and procedures
• Monitor training effectiveness and track performance improvement through KPIs
• Maintain training records, materials, and SOP-based training content
• Conduct branch visits and audits to ensure standards are applied
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on staffing and development needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, HR, or a related field
• 5+ years of training experience in F\&B and/or retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, café, and retail store operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and training tools
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency (candidates from inside Kuwait only)
