Job Objective:
The role holder will be responsible for understanding Kahramaa s training needs., gathering and examining information to figure out what skills employees need , helping design effective training programs, and then measuring how well those programs worked.
This role will be responsible to ensure that training helps employees perform better, aligned with organizational goals, and continuously improved based on data-driven insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments across different departments and job roles to find out what skills employees are missing (skill gaps), training priorities, or where they can improve.
Use different methods like surveys, interviews, and looking at performance data.
Analyze information gathered from assessments and turn it into clear goals and Plans for training.
Collaborate with experts, training designers, and internal stakeholders to figure out what kind of training content is needed to ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals.
Collect, organize, analyze different types of information about training programs. This includes feedback from participants, test scores, ROI data, results from before- and -after training, and data from Learning Management System (LMS).
Evaluate training impact by set up ways to measure the success of training initiatives / programs.
This involves looking at how training changes what people know, how they behave, and how it impacts overall business results.
Prepares and creates detailed reports, dashboards that show how effective training initiatives /programs are. Use this information to identify trends and suggest recommendations to achieve better results.
Support implementation and administration of Learning Management System (LMS). Make sure training records are accurate, and that the system can easily provide reports.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in designing training, ways to teach adults, and use technology of learning.
Look for and suggest new tools or methods to make training more effective and engaging. Support Audits and compliance requirements related to training documentations and reporting.
Assist in budget planning and tracking for training initiatives and external vendors
Prepare tender documents and contracts for training programs. Evaluating the submitted offers and selecting the best options based on the specified criteria.
Follow up the progress of projects and ensure their implementation according to schedule. Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology, Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or HR preferred
More than 6 years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role
Bi - Lingual Arabic and English preferable.
