Posizione:

Our English department is recruiting a mother-tongue English speaker to join the team in Milan as atrainer–editor–translator.

This is a full-time, permanent position within a high-performing, fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across the firm.

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is expected to be in the range of € 28.000 – € 35.000 and the role will be classified under the applicable Italian national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) for Studi Professionali, at Level II/III depending on experience, qualifications and alignment with the role requirements.

Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Training: developing a wide range of materials and delivering sessions for our professionals and business support staff, with a strong focus on digital and blended learning
• Testing: carrying out English skills assessments of job candidates across the firm
• Translation/editing: working on memos, correspondence, legal instruments, marketing materials and much more
• Collaboration: contributing to cross-functional initiatives with HR, Marketing, ICT and other teams to help drive wider projects

Requisiti:

Skills

• Mother-tongue English speaker
• Solid experience in business English training, including digital and blended learning
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Legal translation experience (ITA–ENG), ideally using CAT tools
