Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Associate Manager to drive the strategic promotion and distribution of BVLGARI products. This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales through effective collaboration with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The Associate Manager will lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, manage marketing resources, and foster strong partner relationships to achieve sales objectives and elevate the luxury client experience in alignment with Bulgari's brand values and global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analysis of promotional activities and marketing materials to identify market trends and opportunities.
Sales Support Tool Management and Optimization
Manage and supervise on-site operations for set-up, during events, dismantle, or launch projects at venues and stores.
Partner Relationship Management and Communication
Act as a supportive team member, both contributing proactively and following guidance, to achieve shared objectives.
Budget Management and Performance Reporting
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: +5 years of related experience in trade marketing, sales promotion, events, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail. Proactive, creative, and managerial skills are essential for this position.
Language: Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency
