Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market situation and trends of assigned trade lanes to achieve given targets.
- Discussing with principal during weekly calls for trade directions and pricing position.
- Planning effective Sales and marketing strategies.
- Assisting manager in capacity management including forecasting of assigned trade or services.
- Following up Sales lead with ZIM’s agencies for FOB nominations.
- Monitoring country’s Sales performance and taking actions with principal or Sales team if required to ensure target is met.
- Preparing the marketing report as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in shipping line or related business field.
- Having global market knowledge of shipping business.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Analytical skill and systematic person.
- Fast learner and flexible.
- Positive thinking and able to motivate others person.
- Conflict management and be rational.
- Open-minded, socializing and highly connected with people.
- Ability to work under pressure.
