Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in need of towing services
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks using proper equipment and techniques
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself, coworkers, and clients
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any necessary paperwork
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Knowledge of towing equipment and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
