Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily tourism operations and travel service activities
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency
• Oversee travel packages, vendor coordination, bookings, and customer support
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
• Monitor budgets, service performance, customer feedback, and business targets
• Lead, train, and support tourism operations staff
• Ensure all activities follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Strong experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, destination management, or service operations
• Previous senior leadership or department-level management experience is preferred
• Experience working in Qatar or GCC tourism environments is an advantage

Education
