Textile Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to develop original fabric prints, patterns, and color concepts for our product collections. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of textile design, current market trends, and production processes, with the ability to transform ideas into commercially successful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original textile prints, patterns, and surface graphics for seasonal collections.
• Research market trends, customer preferences, colors, and fabric innovations.
• Create digital artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Develop repeat patterns, colorways, and production-ready artwork.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and production teams to ensure designs meet quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Review strike-offs, fabric samples, and color approvals before production.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, artwork, and seasonal collections.
• Work within project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Support product development from concept through final production.
• Perform other design-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in textile or surface pattern design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related design software.
• Strong understanding of textile printing techniques, fabric types, color theory, and repeat pattern development.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
