Job Description:

• Execute test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure software quality and functionality.

• Perform Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and other testing as required.

• Perform basic API testing to validate backend functionality and data accuracy.

• Identify, document, and track software defects, and report testing results to the Senior Tester or Test Lead.

• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to verify fixes.

• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test results, defect reports, and execution status.

• Escalate testing issues and risks to the Test Lead or relevant project stakeholders.

• Coordinate with developers, Business Analysts, and other team members to support testing activities.

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or Test Executor.

• Hands-on experience in manual testing for both web and mobile applications.

• Experience in executing test cases, reporting defects, and verifying bug fixes.

• Good understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.

• Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.

• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or similar tools.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with development teams.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

• Thai Native speaker with good command in English for documentation.
