Description du poste * Define and implement best practices for test design, test automation, and quality assurance. * Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test scenarios and test cases. * Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test scripts. * Ensure high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. * Promote and reinforce quality engineering principles within the squad. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve product quality. * Challenge existing processes and proactively propose improvements and innovative solutions. * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices. * Share knowledge, contribute to QA communities, and support the evolution of testing practices across the organization. Profil * 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering. * Hands-on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals. * Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. * Proficient with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Dynatrace. * Solid administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments. * Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Fluent English required; French is considered a plus. * Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is highly valued. * Proactive, results-driven professional focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
