Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Territory Manager
The Territory: 150+ established accounts across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (with a fully maintained company vehicle provided)
The Freedom: A high degree of autonomy to manage your own schedule, travel, and territory growth
The Team: A supportive, inclusive culture under the Lyppard and EBOS Group umbrella
The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a people-person who knows their way around a vet clinic and loves the freedom of the open road.
Join Lyppard, Australia’s leading veterinary wholesaler, in a role where your industry knowledge will do the talking. We aren’t just looking for "a salesperson"—we’re looking for a partner for our clinics.
Whether you’re a former Vet Nurse looking to transition from the clinic floor or an experienced Account Manager ready for a fresh territory, this is your chance to manage a high-value patch with the backing of a market leader.
Your Territory \& Travel
This role offers a unique mix of urban and country pace. You will manage a high-performing territory covering Sydney Metro and Central Coast/Newcastle, plus two key regional hubs: Hunter/New England and the Mid North Coast.
The Metro Rhythm: You’ll visit your Sydney-based customers roughly every 5 weeks.
The Regional Runs: Each regional patch Hunter/New England \& Mid North Coast needs a visit every 6–7 weeks.
Time Away: These trips are typically 3 to 4 nights away from home.
The Big Picture: Expect to be on the road for approximately 7 nights total across a 7–8-week cycle.
What Your Week Looks Like (Monday – Friday):
Account Management: Manage 150+ active accounts, using reporting tools to provide insight-led solutions.
Business Development: Use dedicated "hunting" time to identify and secure new opportunities to grow market share.
Be the Face of Lyppard: Manage all interactions within your territory with professionalism and integrity.
Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales budgets and targets.
Build Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Represent: Attend corporate hospitality and industry events as required.
What We Are Looking For:
Veterinary Industry experience is essential. Whether you are a former Vet Nurse/Tech looking to transition into sales, or an experienced Account Manager already in the Animal Health space, you must understand the clinical environment.
Industry Insight: You know how a vet clinic operates and what keeps Practice Managers up at night.
Sales DNA: You have a proven track record in sales or a fierce hunger to build a career in it.
Relationship Focus: You don't just "sell"; you educate, support, and add value.
Road Ready: You’re comfortable with the Sydney Metro grind and genuinely enjoy the change of pace that comes with our regional runs.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
