Part-Time HR Administrator - Edinburgh City Centre

Hours
- 30 hours per week across 4–5 days
- Initially 3 months with potential to extend
- Hybrid working
The role of HR Administrator:
- Managing and monitoring shared HR inboxes, responding to queries and escalating where necessary
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration: advertising vacancies, issuing offers, coordinating pre-employment checks, and onboarding new starters
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating HR systems
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting the implementation of a new HR system
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Assisting with HR process improvements and guidance documentation
- Supporting coordination and tracking of training activity
The ideal HR Administrator:
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and systems
- Resilient, adaptable, quick learner, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Previous HR experience desirable but not essential
