Temp Event Assistant at CK Tangs Orchard (For the month of July 2026, SGs & SPRs Only)

Role Purpose

The Event Assistant provides support to the event execution process, ensuring smooth operations. This role involves building relationship with customers, interacting, showcasing the Company's products and assisting customers in selecting products.

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers warmly and represent the brand
• Share product highlights and promotions
• Answer basic questions with confidence and friendliness

Stock \& Setup Assistance

• Support setup and teardown of booth
• Replenish products from storage or holding area

Pet-Friendly Comfort

• Be calm and friendly with pets (dogs, cats, etc.)
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Interactive Roles (light)

• Assist with flyer handouts
• Encourage visitors to book appointments or follow social media

Basic Requirements:

• Able to commit both weekdays and weekends. At least 3 days a week
• Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and small animals
• Able to stand for long hours
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable
• Quick learner
• Good personal hygiene and presentable
• Able to remain calm around animals and crowds

Previous Experience (preferred):

• Retail, roadshows, or events
• Customer service or F\&B helpful
• Handling pets or working in a pet retail environment a bonus
