Arbit Creative Hub is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Leader (TL) to manage and guide our telesales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in telesales leadership and a strong understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
Ensure proper lead nurturing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Conduct training sessions for telesales representatives to enhance communication and closing skills.
Analyze data and sales metrics to improve team productivity.
