As we aggressively expand our market footprint, we are seeking an elite, self-motivated outbound sales professional to fuel our pipeline.

The Role

We are not looking for simple script-readers. We need a hunter. As a self-employed B2B Lead Generator, you will be the first point of contact for small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Your primary goal is to bypass gatekeepers, handle pricing objections, and book high-quality, qualified consultation appointments for our senior closing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns targeting retail, hospitality, e-commerce, and service-based businesses.
• Identify key decision-makers (owners, CFOs, operations managers) and uncover pain points regarding their current credit card processing setups.
• Overcome common merchant objections surrounding processing rates, contract lock-ins, and hardware upgrades.
• Schedule qualified appointments and seamless product demonstrations for our closing team, managing calendar invites efficiently.
• Track all activities, notes, and callbacks meticulously using our CRM platform.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Merchant Services: You must possess a basic understanding of the payment processing industry
• Proven Cold Calling Track Record: Demonstrable success in high-volume B2B telemarketing, cold outreach, or inside sales environments.
• Appointment Setting Mastery: A proven ability to nurture cold contacts into scheduled, high-intent sales meetings.
• Resilient Mindset: Exceptional objection-handling skills, high emotional intelligence and a drive to control your own earning potential.
