Experience

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
  • Prior experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
