Job Summary
CETIS Engineering \& Technology Services UK Ltd. is seeking an organised, technically confident, and proactive Technology Project Coordinator to join our team in Belfast.
As a Technology Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of technology and engineering-related projects. You will help maintain project schedules, documentation, action trackers, status reports, and stakeholder communications while ensuring project activities remain organised and progress according to agreed priorities.
You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, IT professionals, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate meetings, follow up on deliverables, monitor project milestones, and support successful project delivery.
This position is suitable for candidates with experience in technology project coordination, IT project support, engineering project support, PMO, technical operations, business operations, or administration. Candidates with strong organisational and technology skills who are looking to progress within project management are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across assigned technology and engineering projects.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, task trackers, and action lists.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, engineers, IT teams, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Organise project meetings, technical reviews, status meetings, and working sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, records, and digital files.
- Support tracking of project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
- Prepare project status reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and management updates.
- Monitor deadlines and highlight potential scheduling or delivery concerns.
- Support project resource and workload coordination.
- Assist with technology implementations, system upgrades, deployments, and project handovers.
- Coordinate routine activities with suppliers, contractors, and technology service providers where required.
- Maintain project information within approved project-management and collaboration systems.
- Support routine project purchasing, budget tracking, and administrative activities where applicable.
- Assist with project quality, documentation, and governance requirements.
- Support implementation of new systems, technologies, tools, and operational processes.
- Help maintain project templates, procedures, and internal documentation.
- Identify recurring project coordination issues and contribute to practical improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across technology project delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, project support, IT support, technology operations, engineering support, PMO, administration, or a related professional environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Familiarity with project-management or collaboration platforms is advantageous but not essential.
- General understanding of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action tracking is helpful.
- General interest in technology, IT, engineering, or digital systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar project approaches is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable coordinating activities across different business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a project team.
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms, project-management tools, and business processes.
- Relevant education, professional training, or equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Project-management certifications or training are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,250.00 per month
