The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is located just a few steps from the sandy beach and a 10-minute drive from the city of Albufeira in the Algarve. It has 213 vacation apartments, a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, sauna, outdoor pool, and various sports facilities.Our resort is looking for a committed and dedicated individual to join our maintenance team as a technician.
What you can expect
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work in all areas of the resorts and staff houses
- Monitoring and sharing responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and servicing of all building services.
- Spontaneous and emergency repairs on call
- Independently troubleshooting faults and maintaining system functionality
- Cross-departmental support in logistics and infrastructure
What you bring along
- Training and professional experience in a building services profession, ideally as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, floor layer, etc.
- Independent and goal-oriented approach to work
- Friendly and reliable personality with good manners
- Very good Portuguese and English skills
- Good German skills
- Proficient in working with common PC programs
- residing in the surrounding area
