Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly according to work instructions, drawings and specifications.
- Assemble, inspect and test components/products to meet quality requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment for assembly activities.
- Perform visual and functional checks to identify assembly defects.
- Troubleshoot basic assembly or product issues and report problems to the supervisor/engineer.
- Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
- Follow company safety, quality and production procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and other production activities when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field; OR
- SKM Level 3 in a relevant technical field with strong and relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates with a relevant Diploma are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly or technical work will be an advantage.
- Able to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends/public holidays when required.
- Good attitude, discipline, teamwork and willingness to learn.
