The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Intern to join our team in Milan and support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for software products.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured technical documentation, working in an international environment and learning best practices from experienced technical writers and technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Documentation Intern, you will:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of structured technical documentation in English

  • Assist in reviewing, formatting, and updating user manuals, installation guides, and technical procedures

  • Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to gather technical information

  • Support the documentation of system requirements with clarity and accuracy

  • Use Microsoft Office and documentation tools to manage and organize content

  • Follow documentation standards, quality processes, and internal guidelines

What You’ll Bring:

  • Student or recent graduate in a technical or scientific field (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar)

  • Strong interest in technical documentation and technical communication

  • Good writing skills with strong attention to detail

  • Good written knowledge of English

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in an organized manner

AdditionalInformation:

  • Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or linguist is not required

  • A background in medical writing or biotechnology is not required

  • The role is focused on developing skills in technical documentation for hardware/software products
