Job Description

Role Overview / Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software that cannot be resolved at the first level of support
• Contribute to product management and new product introductions, identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance, and collaborating with global engineering teams to improve product quality
• Provide advanced technical support to customers by leveraging a broad range of technical expertise, helping to build strong and trusted relationships
• Take the lead in issue resolution and preventive maintenance activities in clinical environments, contributing to improved healthcare outcomes

Education \& Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above (including university, graduate school, junior college, or technical college)

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in equipment maintenance

Preferred

• Field Service Engineer experience in the medical device industry
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as PC and network fundamentals
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical manuals (TOEIC score: approx. 500 or higher preferred)

・機器メンテナンスのご経験をお持ちの方

歓迎要件

・医療機器業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニア経験

・ 電気・機械の基本的な知識、PC・ネットワークの基本知識

・英語スキル（マニュアル読解程度）Toeic500点以上を希望
