About the Role

Peaktab Solutions Kuwait is seeking an accomplished Technical Support Director to lead technical support operations and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and internal users. This role will oversee support strategy, service quality, team performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical support strategies.
• Oversee helpdesk, troubleshooting, and technical service operations.
• Establish service standards, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical support teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in technical support or IT service management.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of IT service management and support methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
