Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description
  • Promote and sell the company's range of construction chemical products, including waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, repair mortars, grouts, sealants, tile adhesives, flooring systems, and protective coatings.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Generate project leads and maintain a strong project pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors, and end users.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
  • Provide technical product recommendations and application solutions to customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience within the construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing, coatings, or related industries.
