Promote and sell the company's range of construction chemical products, including waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, repair mortars, grouts, sealants, tile adhesives, flooring systems, and protective coatings.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate project leads and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, distributors, and end users.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
Provide technical product recommendations and application solutions to customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience within the construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing, coatings, or related industries.
