Technical Designer (Kitchen & Joinery)

We’re Hiring: Technical Designer (Kitchen \& Joinery)

Location: DIP 2, Dubai
Work Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Sat (8am–5pm)
Time Off: All Sundays + 2 Alternate Saturdays off per month.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Technical Designer with minimum 3 years UAE experience in Kitchen \& Joinery design.

❗ Applications without relevant UAE experience in Kitchen \& Joinery design will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

✅ Prepare comprehensive joinery shop drawings, production details, cutting lists, and hardware bill of materials (BOM) for factory production
✅ Conduct site visits to take precise field measurements and verify on-site MEP conditions against design layouts.

✅ Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and factory production teams to convert approved concepts into technical execution plans
✅ Review, resolve, and update drawings based on site variations, client revisions, or production constraints.
✅ Ensure all technical drawings strictly comply with factory manufacturing standards, material dimensions, and installation requirements.
✅ Manage tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

What We Require

Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Kitchen \& Joinery Design
Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances, accessories, finishes and production flow
Excellent communication and client-handling skills (English proficiency required).
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: (Starting: 5,000 \| Negotiable based on experience)
