Due to continued expansion and growth, a vacancy has arisen for a Technical Customer Service Representative at Insteco. The successful candidate will support a number of key products and services and will be responsible for offering those in identified projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in all aspects of the Customer Service process
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders
  • Responsible for receiving and processing enquiries, technically evaluating all customers’ requirements. Then identify suitable suppliers on a technical/commercial basis and generating proposal from the company’s product range.
  • Ensure that customer queries are acknowledged and proactively managed in a timely manner
  • Process quotations, orders and supplier purchase orders
  • Work closely with Order Management in expediting orders
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers and supply chain
  • Engage with other internal departments as required
  • Generate internal reports for management as required
  • Manage any customer queries both commercial and technical.
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Support the external sales team when required
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Customer Service, order management/processing, or similar associated experience would be an advantage
