Day to Day

This role is a dual-function position requiring both the systematic, high-volume processing and quality management of digital content and the execution and maintenance of automated workflow and system-driven processing of digital content. As a Technical Analyst, you will support content integrity by labeling data, conducting regular quality reviews, and implementing moderately complex workflow configurations to move high-volume data streams through automated systems. You will handle moderately complex tasks that require seasoned knowledge of content policies and the ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to ensure the highest standards of data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically process a high volume of individual content items, including text, images, audio, and video, with general autonomy
  • Strictly adhere to predefined taxonomies, rubrics, and frequently evolving policy guidelines to ensure data integrity
  • Conduct regular, objective audits of completed content review and labeling work produced by the execution pods to identify defects.
  • Surface quality trends, defect patterns, and consistency issues to the Team Lead to support immediate functional area efficiency and corrective action.
  • Manage and monitor high-volume digital content queues within automated processing systems, ensuring data flows correctly through predefined stages.
  • Implement and maintain standard automation rules and logic based on established technical rubrics and system requirements.
  • Consistently meet daily productivity quotas related to system throughput, focusing on the speed and technical consistency of automated workflows.

Skills/Competencies

  • Able to communicate clearly and efficiently using Business-level English
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and focus intently on accuracy and consistency of judgment across varied content types.
  • Proven track record of meeting high-volume and quality-based operational output expectations for both labeling and audits.
  • Proven ability to follow detailed technical instructions and manage data within complex automated systems.
  • This is a strictly in-office position requiring daily mandatory attendance
  • You may be exposed to sensitive, graphic, offensive, or otherwise distressing content; high emotional resilience is required.
  • Performance, including accuracy and pace, is subject to continuous evaluation within a competitive productivity framework

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 2 - Japan 5,750,000 - 8,630,000 JPY per year
